Don Sager is a grandfather who regularly babysits his grandson Sylar. Don is rediscovering the amazement of life through all of his grandchildren and has used this experience as inspiration for his children’s books. He lives in Nitro, West Virginia, with his wife Betsy and their dogs Luke and Lilly.
When Don is not being schooled by a toddler, he enjoys creating rock sculptures for his church and playing catch-up with the never-ending to-do list that every homeowner is very familiar with.
He also volunteers his time by reading books to students with the hope of making reading a lifelong interest. He believes that literacy opens the door to unlimited adventures and learning potential.
In his first book, Sylar and the Sycamore Leaves, Don’s question to you was, “Where do all those binkies go?” Sylar is older now, and Don’s current question to you is, “Where did the time go?”
What adventures will tomorrow hold for the pack?
